Effortless and fun, Paphos Segway Experience offer an exciting alternative to exploring Cyprus. All it requires to navigate these two-wheel personal transporters is a good physical balance and coordination. Simply glide along. You will learn all about how to maneuver the Segway before the tour begins, so rest assured you will arrive safely at where you started off. The Gallery/Studio faces Kouklia Square – once the village supermarket and coffee shop, the building, which is well over 100 years old, was refurbished in 2013 and is now home to a wide selection of original artwork an prints, plus .hand made greetings cards and occasions gifts. There is also a working studio where you can see the ‘artists at work’. There are regular exhibitions on a variety of themes, and commissioned work including bespoke works and portraits are welcomed. Our shop is situated directly at the village square close to Efraim Tavern and the church. In the “Media/Video Gallery” of this website you will find their video. There are around 28 different artists and crafters represented through a wide range of products which are ideal souvenirs and gifts. Kouklia Arts also host a range of Adult Art and Craft classes, at the workshop/school. From beginners to accomplished artists there is something for every interest, from painting and drawing, to mosaics and silk printing.
The museum is housed in the eastern wing of the Lusignian Medieval Manor House in the archaeological site of Kouklia village. The museum’s two rooms present finds from the archaeological site of ancient Palaipafos as well as from the area’s cemeteries.
At the entrance of the administrative region of Pafo’s district and 9 km east of Kouklia, in the south coast of the island and in one of the most beautiful beaches of Cyprus, with excellent natural beauty where the mountain sluggishly joins with the sea, lies “Petra tou Romiou”. It is a large rock -actually an atoll -from the depths of the ocean’s bed. Upon the rock one can find fossils, corals, and pieces of shells. The rock is accompanied by other smaller rocks, in the sea and on the nearby shore.
